- Processing all transactional activities relating to the employee life cycle
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure all data received is right
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate processes and controls
- Use systems to accurately record data entry
- To maintain employee personnel files and electronic records
- To ensure consistency of approach in administration documents
- HR data collation and reporting
- Positively support a team and department in change and innovation
- Support the HR Shared Service Manager with ad-hoc duties as requested
- To actively make suggestions for improvements
