You will need to be a self-starter who can align operations throughout the business. You will need to have exceptional communication skills so you can build key relationships though all levels of the business. You need to be a 'roll your sleeves up and get stuck in' kind of person who is efficient and proactive at all times.

Have you provided support to your HR manager regarding disciplinary and grievance matters? Do you have great understanding knowledge of Employment Law? You are also required to have a CIPD Level 5 Diploma or Certificate.

Flexibility is key for this role as you will be required to work on site later into the evening on occasions, (sometimes at short notice) to deal with matters relating to the Company's night shift staff.

If this role is ticking all your boxes…..APPLY NOW!!!
