HR and Payroll Coordinator 3 - 6 month FTC

Location: Hayes


I have a great opportunity that has arisen for one of my clients in Hayes which sits within their HR Team as an HR and Payroll Coordinator on a 3-6 month FTC. Do you have experience working in HR? Do you have experience processing Payroll? Do you have great attention to detail? Are you an organised self starter who has superb interpersonal skills? Key Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact and answering any email/telephone queries received
  • Processing letters for changes to employment terms and conditions
  • Producing and sending contracts of employment
  • Complete full on-boarding process for all new starters
  • Checking right to work documentation and responding to reference requests
  • Administer HR processes such as probationary reviews, reference checks, induction, long service awards
  • Update and maintain the employee employment records
  • Verify overtime/absences/Holiday
  • Collate information for deductions from employee payments
  • To submit information to payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • To answer any questions that employees might have about payment or payment issues that arise.
