HR Generalist/Advisor

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: £25K - £32K DOE

I have a rare opportunity within a growing company based in Uxbridge who are looking to recruit for a HR Generalist who is able maintain smooth running of the business functions.

You will need to be a self-starter who is able to align strategies and operations throughout the business including dealing with key stakeholders.

You will need to have exceptional communication skills so you can build key relationships though all levels of the business. You need to be a role you sleeves up and get stuck in kind of person who can be efficient and proactive at all times.

  • Carrying out new starter inductions
  • Applying HR and business knowledge, evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
  • Advising and supporting the department teams on the terms and conditions of employment
  • Continuing to develop the HR policy and procedures to drive performance
  • Providing first line advice on current and existing policies, benefits & wellbeing initiatives for all employees
  • Working with the Senior Management Team on a pay reward strategy
  • Providing advice on recruitment and selection strategies
  • Supporting the recruitment process - this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc
  • Driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals
  • Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implementing changes where necessary
  • Participating in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization
  • Keeping accurate HR records for reporting and audit purposes
  • General office maintenance and holiday management
  • Employee engagement activities
