To assist in the recruitment of new departmental staff.
To facilitate training and induction of new departmental staff.
To ensure all departmental staff attend and take part in all training organised by the Company.
To set and publish a standard of excellence and to require the standard be met by your departmental staff.
To maintain and review an Annual Departmental Business Plan.
To maintain, and review annually, a departmental Disaster Recovery Plan and submit to your Senior Manager.
To maintain, and review annually, a departmental Succession Plan and submit to your Senior Manager.
To prepare, maintain and follow a full set of departmental Standard Operating Procedures laying out all necessary processes and procedures that are carried out within the department.
Train and assess all departmental staff in their required compliance with departmental procedures.
To ensure all annual and probationary appraisals are carried out in good time.
To carry out regular one to one meetings at least four times per year.
Be responsible for / ensure, interviews are arranged appropriately with the relevant Line Manager.
Attend interviews with relevant Line Manager.
Be responsible for / ensure, recruitment assessments are organised as necessary.
