Client Implementation Manager (Freight Forwarding)

We are currently looking for an experienced implementation manager for our very successful client.
Working in this role will mean you oversee the onboarding new clients and road mapping the service that will be provided for them. This role requires an excellent problem solver who is able to account manage new clients to a very high standard.
You will ensure that new business is implemented with minimal defects, managing stakeholders across internal business units and externally with the customer. The role will also see you work on different projects across the business, having a can-do attitude to tasks and teamwork is a must.
Logistics/freight forwarding experience is a must!

Engage in the sales process in order to support the sale and prepare the ground for successful implementation
Lead new business implementation for supply chain management customers, co-ordinating with all external and internal stakeholders, taking full accountability for the result
At the outset of an implementation, define the terms on which the project can be deemed successful and complete
Maintain and continuously improve implementation methodology
Conduct post implementation reviews and embed the learnings in the implementation methodology
Translate emerging client needs into the development of the supply chain management products
Managing projects and support the Business System Manager in these tasks
When not fully engaged in implementation, support with other tasks as required
Assist the Business Process Improvement manager in driving divisional objectives and initiatives.
