They are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive
You would be providing support to the Sales team. You will create sales opportunities for conversions and assisting sales in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. Develop additional sales opportunities for conversions, spare parts by contacting current customers.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Support sales team to schedule meetings and account planning
Proactively analyze customer performance data together with Product Analyst and provide customer recommendation on game/ product conversions
Create new opportunities with customers based on new product launches and solutions
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and
prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts using Sales Force software
Provide administrative support to Sales Team
Solid experience in opportunity qualification, cold calling, pre-call planning, account development, and time management.
Success in qualifying sales opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
Two to three years of direct work experience in a sales support/ inside sales capacity
Bachelor's degree in business management or similar
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas
Very good knowledge of English and at least one other foreign language - preferably German, Spanish, Italian or French
