IT Support Technician
Mon- Fri, 8-5pm 29 days holiday + parking!
Have you ever been front line support? Have you ever dealt with maintenance of network infrastructure? If you have ever been involved with the diagnosis of software, then this is the perfect role for you.
The ideal experience for this person would be excellent IT knowledge and communication skills. You must enjoy customer service as well as fault finding to be considered for this role!
You will need to be willing to learn new systems and be able to implement them. You will be working with all departments in the business giving you expose to different tasks and reasonability. So you need to be a people person.
- Front line support
- In house administration
- Assist with system backup
- Installation & maintenance of desktop systems
- Manage consumables inventory
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Assist with system implementation
