  • Booking onto the system supplier deliveries and transfers
  • Filing
  • Stationary orders
  • Greeting visitors
  • Scanning documents
  • Deal with any posting requirements
  • Support accounts when required
  • Stock label printing
  • Dealing with overhead purchasing order's and invoices
  • Customer returns and credits
  • Customer service support
  • Any other admin duties you may be required to do
