Online Customer Experience Executive



37.5 hour week - may include some weekends.

We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a customer service consultant who will work across many social media and email response platforms to liaise daily with customers. This role is working in a fantastic location in beautiful offices that create a funky, fresh atmosphere!

Are you a people person? Do you like working in creative environments? This could be the perfect role for you.

The perfect candidate will be high energy, excellent at creative writing and enjoy providing advice and problem solving on a day to day basis.

Due to location, must be a car owner/driver or live in Iver.

Duties include:

  • Speaking to customers
  • Providing support and guidance
  • Dealing with delivery queries
  • Sending out goods
  • Sending a high volume of emails
  • Looking after social media platforms
