- Proactively manage customers' orders and input onto the system
- Arranging sales order and processing into PO's
- Places orders with suppliers
- Checking suppliers prices and negotiating products
- Speaking with customers on a daily basis
- Updating in house database (KERRIDGE)
- Work to strict SLA
