Do you have customer service, administration and order processing experience?
We are currently recruiting for a company who are looking for somebody with all of those skills to fulfil a position within their team. They are a growing company who are expanding and now looking for a new starter to welcome!
You will be working with customers over the phone and emails in regards to orders they place with the company. You will be responsible for accurate entry of all orders and dealing with the logistics needed to deliver to customers promptly.
This role would suit somebody wanting a great work life balance, who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in with any office based admin duties.
Answering a high volume of calls and emails from customers that you account manage
Processing a high volume of orders
Liaising with all departments in the business in regards to getting orders out promptly
Accurate data entry onto the system
Completely repeat weekly orders
Dealing with all queries and enquiries
