People and Operations Manager

We are recruiting for a fabulous new and varied position!!! This role is working for a growing and high successful business based in High Wycombe.

This role allows some hybrid working but commuting into the office for a few days a week is needed.

This position is very busy and will only get busier as the team are growing!! You will be responsible for overall staff experience within the business, from recruitment to improving staff benefits and other factors to keep staff motivated.

This role will require an organised and hard-working individual who is full of ideas and process improvement knowledge. You will need to be a self-starter who can work on your own initiative.

Experience within HR, office management, operations management would be ideal.

Duties include:

  • Looking after staff recruitment
  • Sending out offer letters and contracts
  • Managing all suppliers to the business (cleaning companies, telecoms etc)
  • Facilities management
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Creating job descriptions
  • Organising staff events including Christmas and summer social events
  • Liaising with external HR company regarding any business matters when needed
  • Negotiating prices with any new and existing suppliers
