A well-established company situated in Hayes are looking for an experienced Product Quality Assurance Manager to join a great organisation who is implementing great changes within the business. Do you have 3-5 years' experience working within Quality Management? Have you managed a QA process with internal and external third party suppliers outside of the UK? Do you have experience within setting standards within QA? Do you have experience within auditing? Do you have a great attitude and outstanding communication skills?! Key Responsibilities

  • Development and documentation of Quality Assurance Processes linked to product standards, testing, monitoring and corrective and preventative actions for consumer goods
  • Proven experience in the successful interaction and communication with external suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues during the manufacture of consumer products
  • Supplier Audit visits, communicating expectations, evaluations, documenting results, and executing any subsequent internal or external actions to a successful conclusion
  • Day-to-day monitoring of internal and external suppliers' adherence to quality policies, standards and processes and actioning improvement activities as required
  • Investigating non-conformance issues, implementing Corrective And Preventative Actions where necessary
  • Working cross functionally to establish procedures, standards and specifications
  • Quality data analysis, including trending and Quality Assurance report writing
  • Review, Analysis and testing if required, of customer-consumer product complaints
  • Has experience in Quality Assurance and Control processes and tools
  • Has analysed a process and associated business logic and recommended simplification or elimination
  • Can examine, interpret and explain customer needs and objective
  • Can identify common obstacles and barriers to effective implementation
  • Has participated in evaluating, selecting and certifying a specific supplier and product
  • Has reviewed and documented a product or service using pre-defined evaluation criteria
  • Has assisted with the steps and procedures for supplier certification
  • Has obtained, pursued, and documented results of reference calls or other sources
  • Can identify several types of Quality Management sources of information for a supplier or product
