Purchase Ledger Assistant
Location: Langley
Salary: £23,000- £25,000 plus great benefits! Working hours are just 8am-4pm!!

This well-known luxurious brand with an enviable reputation is looking for somebody with SAGE experience to join their fun-loving finance team!
If you have experience with SAGE and have done Purchase Ledger we want to hear from you!!

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive purchase invoices and obtain sign off, Match to Purchase Orders/goods received notes and Statements
  • Post into purchase ledger
  • Liaise with the stock controller regarding entry of stock items
  • Provide credit control with a lit of invoices to be paid
  • Review Purchase Ledgers and ensure it reconciles at the end of the month
  • Control credit card expenditure - obtaining all invoices/receipts for all expenses
