Are you looking for a fast-paced role? Do you have experience scheduling engineers?
This could be the ideal role for you. We are recruiting for a close-knit family originated team within a fantastic business in Harrow. You will be working on a busy desk dealing with reactive maintenance, so this role can be quite high pressured.

The company are looking for a candidate who will come armed with experience in scheduling and coordination.
You will be account managing a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for the customer journey and satisfaction!
If you like working to deadlines office banter and smaller businesses/working environments this could be the ideal role for you!

Duties include:
Dealing with quotes
Scheduling engineers
Diary management
Allocating live jobs
Dealing with reactive maintenance issues
Setting up new clients on the system
Answering inbound calls
Making outbound calls
Sourcing parts
