They are looking for an enthusiastic person with great customer service skills to join their friendly team. Do you have experience working front of house as a Receptionist? Do you have outstanding customer service that you can provide that 5 Star Service?

You will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the company so professionalism is a must. You will need to have clear communication skills as your will be the face of the business. Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients in a prompt and professional manner
  • Dealing with queries both in person and on the phone
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy and visitors are given refreshments as and when required
  • Taking payments from customers
  • Monthly stock take and ordering stationary
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
