Sheridan Ward are excited to announce we are working with our amazing client based Slough. They are looking for an enthusiastic person with great customer service skills to join their friendly team. Do you have experience working front of house as a Receptionist? Do you have outstanding customer service that you can provide that 5 Star Service?

You will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the company so professionalism is a must. You will need to have clear communication skills as your will be the face of the business. You will need to be able to coordinate and keep everything in order. APPLY NOW!!

Main Duties:

  • Greeting clients in a prompt and professional manner
  • Dealing with queries both in person and on the phone
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy and visitors are given refreshments as and when required
  • Taking payments from customers
  • Monthly stock takes and ordering stationary
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
