Receptionist - PART TIME

Location: Southall - Monday - Friday 1pm - 5.30pm

Salary: £9940 per annum - GREAT COMPANY BENEFITS

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected company in Southall. They are looking for an enthusiastic person with great customer service skills to join their friendly team.   • Greeting clients in a prompt and professional manner
  • Dealing with queries both in person and on the phone
  • Reporting It faults and issues
  • Monthly stock take and ordering stationary
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept tidy and visitors are given refreshments as and when required
  • Approving admin invoices
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Liaising with Royal Mail and Couriers, opening and distributing post
  • Booking meeting rooms when requested
  • Issuing fobs to guests and members of staff
  • Ensure that you are punctual and well presented
  • Strong typing ability and telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills, articulate and confident communicator
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills and has a proactive approach
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
