It would be great if you have worked within repairs and are able to organise and coordinate contractors out on site, but not essential.
Duties:
- Ensure all invoices are paid
- Write up documents
- Manage both Tenants and Landlords expectations
- Regularly inspect properties
- Fully maintain a portfolio
- Communicate with contractors
- Gas safety certificates
- Oversea the check out of tenants
