We are currently recruiting on behalf of a long standing client of ours who always offers brilliant opportunities to new recruits for development and superb training!!
You will be working in a lovely team environment with staff who are supportive and always around to help new starters. You will be joining the sales admin team whose main focus is to support the sales staff with any administrative functions.
It is essential you have at least 2-3 years office admin/customer service experience; it would be great if you have worked supporting a sales team or customer order processing for this role.
You will have a lot of freedom to be very responsible for your workload and it is your job to plan your day and prioritise various tasks and duties needed of you.
- Answering all phone calls and emails into the office
- First point of contact for any queries and enquiries
- Manage the database with client details
- Sending any company marketing material out to clients
- Processing orders for clients
- Dealing with any delivery requests
- Liaising with suppliers on a regular basis
- Producing reports for the sales team
- Dealing with returns and collections
You will need excellent attention to detail and a very welcoming and friendly telephone manner.
