We at Sheridan ward are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Assistant. This is a fantastic company who offer great rewards/benefits to all their employees.

Duties include:
* Customer invoicing in the accounting system.
* Checking the bank accounts daily and making necessary ledger entries on accounting system.
* Book cash applications to customer invoices.
* Monitoring shared finance mailbox: ensure emails are monitored and appropriately actioned.
* Raise debit notes or invoices to suppliers for Recharges.
* To deal with telephone enquiries and respond or channel as appropriate.
* Help oversee and manage individual accounts.
* Taking debit/credit card payments using electronic terminal.
* To undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence as required by their line manager
