- Answer phone calls & respond to email enquiries
- Act as appointed office contact for clients
- Produce quotations or quantity quotations
- Data collation for tender process & pricing.
- Produce & manage promotional email and postal campaigns.
- Send latest promotions to dedicated customers and make follow up calls.
- Investigate any problems or complaints from a dedicated customer
- Give Sales Admin support to salespeople.
- Sales Order process including purchasing, deliveries and Invoicing
- Sales & back orders for suppliers and customers through to delivery.
- Returns/Collection process with customer/suppliers.
- Invoice weekly and monthly & investigate any queries.
- Produce customer Statements
