Main Duties:

  • Complete data records by recording names, addresses and contact data.
  • Deliver scripted conversations to potential customers.
  • Adjust script to the needs of specific individuals.
  • Qualify customers by relevance to the business.
  • Take inbound phone calls and handles customer queries.
  • Conduct customer and marketing surveys.
  • Update database with activities and content of phone calls.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and leads.
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
  • Handle follow up tasks from face-to-face meetings conducted by field sales team.
  • Deal with incoming leads and distribute evenly.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment and adapt professionally.
