- Complete data records by recording names, addresses and contact data.
- Deliver scripted conversations to potential customers.
- Adjust script to the needs of specific individuals.
- Qualify customers by relevance to the business.
- Take inbound phone calls and handles customer queries.
- Conduct customer and marketing surveys.
- Update database with activities and content of phone calls.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and leads.
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
- Handle follow up tasks from face-to-face meetings conducted by field sales team.
- Deal with incoming leads and distribute evenly.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment and adapt professionally.
