Duties:

  • Complete data records by recording names, addresses and contact data
  • Call prospective and active business customers
  • Aim to arrange face to face appointments with field sales representatives
  • Take inbound phone calls and handle customer queries
  • Conduct customer and marketing surveys
  • Update database with activities and content of phone calls
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns interactions
  • Assist sales teams with data entries
  • Handle follow up tasks from face to face meetings
