Processing a high volume of orders
Dealing with general enquiries and customer requests on phone and email
Raising quotations for customers and following up to process new orders.
Gathering all sales data and processing onto the system
Opening new accounts and updating the database
Dealing with any delivery queries both with customer and courier
Making sure excellent customer service is provided to all customers
Administration for the sales team
