Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

This company are looking for an individual with at least 1 years Customer Service experience!

You will be processing a high volume of orders, dealing with inbound calls and handling quotes with customers.

The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

The individual should be a decisive decision maker and be customer focused within this role!

In this role your duties will include:
To process all calls and enquiries
Process sample orders
Give accurate details on stock checks, pricing, carriage charges
Proactively manage the relationships of all customers
Deal effectively with claims raised over the telephone and by email
Liaise with Area Mangers as part of an extended team to offer help and support
Ensure all promises are kept to customers
