Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

£23,000 plus great bonus scheme OTE £32K


A well-established company situated in Northolt are looking for an experienced Scheduling Administrator to join a great team. Are you looking to move into a great company who have a forward thinking mentality? Do you have experience in scheduling training courses? Are you the type of person who can coordinate courses for various locations? Are you someone who is very organised and able to solve complex issues? Can you work to tight deadlines and ensure the maximum efficiency is maintained at all times? Are you able to collate reports to ensure the demand is met?

  • Maximise the utilisation trainers
  • Collate statistical data on course and candidate numbers
  • Book sub contract trainers & assessors to deliver courses
  • Book accommodation and courses for trainers & assessors as required
  • Complete annual timetable for future courses
  • Liaise with Managers regarding the induction plan for trainers & assessors
  • Liaise with Managers regarding upskilling trainers & assessors
  • Preparing candidate assessment folders, training manuals and course material
  • Data entry to collate results of statistics
  • Update in-house systems with certificates
  • Processing mail shots, text shots and other marketing material
  • Update company website with introductory session course dates
  • Data entry on excel, in-house systems and processing word documents
