Duties:

  • Consistently build and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prospect and generate leads.
  • Research and analyse sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling as a way to build leads.
  • Maximise commercial opportunities; build a pipeline for new business, upsell and cross sell new products.
  • Organise meetings with clients, work with each client individually and strategically.
  • Build rapport and maintain successful and ongoing sales relationships with clients.
  • Forecast, meet and exceed where possible, monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the Commercial Director.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends.
  • Analyse competitors and compare pricing.
  • International travel on an ad hoc basis to attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
