Customer Service Administrator - SPANISH

- Deal professionally, promptly and courteously with customer enquiries over the telephone and email
- Follow-up on customer enquiries and ensure all issues resolved to the customers satisfaction
- Handle initial customer complaints and escalate as necessary
- Process customer payments, refunds and adjustments
- Handle administration issues using company systems
- Respond via email and telephone to international customer service teams to help with the resolution of customer enquiries
- Need to be able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently
