Customer Service Administrator - SPANISH

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client in Uxbridge who are market leader in their industy!!

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal professionally, promptly and courteously with customer enquiries over the telephone and email
  • Follow-up on customer enquiries and ensure all issues resolved to the customers satisfaction
  • Handle initial customer complaints and escalate as necessary
  • Process customer payments, refunds and adjustments
  • Handle administration issues using company systems
  • Respond via email and telephone to international customer service teams to help with the resolution of customer enquiries
  • Need to be able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently
