Temporary position to start at the beginning of December through to end of March 2021
We are looking for an experienced stock and logistics co-ordinator to support our client to implement a post brexit stock and logistics contingency plan.
The role is to set up a stock room based in our clients offices in Uxbridge. You will be in a standalone role managing the UK operations stock supply.
Importation of Stock - Documentation, Follow-up with Carriers and Customs
Check and Receiving stock (Goods Receipt) into the System
Manage claims for Short/Overshipments and follow-up on Creditnotes from CH23.
Create new bins for new products
Follow-up on Backorders
Carry out Monthly Replenishment Returns to Central Warehouse on "dead Stock" in the system
Handling delivery queries relating to import/Export
Daily Cycle Counts - to be signed off by FC daily
Create FBC (Full Bin Counts) on problematic batches missing during order picking.
Check Blocked batches regularly (related to batch splits) and rectify
Scrap and recall products if needed
Extensive work on SAP and Salesforce
