Sheridan Ward are currently recruiting for a passionate Technical advisor. Are you the type of person eager to learn use your own initiative and be able to work well in a team? Our client will need someone who can handle inbound calls and emails delivering outstanding customer service. Have you worked with electronics before? Or interested in technology and enjoy repairing equipment?
You will be working in a busy environment and will need to be able to handle a high level of queries from customers. In this role you will be working on the customer service helpdesk but will be required to liaise with network providers to diagnose any technical issues. Its very important you are someone who thrives under pressure.
