Technical Support & Service Coordinator
Salary: £24K - £28k DOE
Sheridan ward are currently looking to recruit for a Technical Support Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients based in Slough who has a wealth of technical support experience. This role will involve supporting with 1st line support and fault finding on their products. Are you someone who is technically minded and is able to proves great customer support? You will need have an analytical mindset and who is able to problem solve alongside deadlines. As well as systems and data heavy work you will also be working with customers so being an excellent relationship builder is key. You will be working in a fantastic working environment with a supportive and encouraging team. You will be given product training and have lots of room for growth and development within the business. - Coordinating all inbound support tickets
- Speaking to customers via telephone and email
- Performing system reboots
- Escalating issues
- Recording and managing data
- Experience with a CRM or Zendesk system would be a huge advantage!
