Technical Support & Service Coordinator
Up to £28k (Dependant on Experience)
We are currently recruiting for a technical business based in Slough. They are on the look out for a technically minded customer support coordinator. This role will involve you supporting with 1st line product support and fault finding.
Analytical and problem-solving skills are a must!
As well as systems and data heavy work you will also be working with customers so being an excellent relationship builder is key.
You will be working in a fantastic working environment with a supportive and encouraging team. You will be given product training and have lots of room for growth and development within the business.
Experience with a CRM or Zendesk system would be a huge advantage!

Speaking to customers via telephone and email
Performing system reboots
Recording and managing data
