My amazing client based in Chalfont St Peter- Gerrards Cross are looking for a strong Administrator to join their team! Your role will be to process the translations for clients through the beginning to the end.

Main Duties:

  • Interpretation of client requirements to create internal instructions for colleagues at all stages of the process as well as orders to suppliers.
  • Admin duties, correcting any grammar and mistakes
  • Daily use of different languages
  • Understanding and correct use of the workflow management system to ensure correct, cost-efficient, and timely delivery of each project
  • Liaison with internal language team to ensure most efficient use of translation technology
  • Co-operation with Customer Care Team and Sales support team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Swift resolution of issues arising throughout the translation process.
  • Provision of instructions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of completed work
