Technical Support Advisor
£24,650
Watford
Day shifts Tuesday to Saturday 8:30am-5pm
We are delighted to be recruiting for a brilliant company based in Watford, they are on the lookout for a new Technical Support Advisor to join them for the core day shifts
They are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience, as well as someone who has previous technical experience!
Do you have fault finding experience? Do you have experience with mobile telecommunication equipment? Are you confident when speaking to customers?
Technical Support Advisor Duties:
- Dealing with customer support requests
- Liaising with mobile network providers
- Assisting internal and external teams with their queries
- Delivering monthly quality and quantity targets
