Technical Support Advisor
£27,870
Watford
Shifts ranging between 1:30pm to 11pm, Monday to Sunday
Sheridan ward is delighted to be on the lookout for a new Technical Support Advisor, to join a lovely company based in Watford!
You will need to work in the office between 9am to 5:30pm until training is completed, thereafter it will be a fully remote role!
This role will involve proactive investigation, fault finding, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer support requests via phone, email, chat, WhatsApp and tickets
Technical Support Advisor Duties:
- Dealing with customer support requests
- Liaising with mobile network providers
- Assisting internal and external teams with their queries
- Delivering monthly quality and quantity targets
