They are looking for someone who has strong customer service experience within an office environment! If you have worked closely with clients and customers supporting them with order processing and managing deliveries, this would be ideal This is a busy and fast paced role so we need somebody who always takes a proactive and positive approach. Telephone manner and personality are key, you will be building relationships via telephone and emails so a very high level of communication is needed.

Customer Engagement Representative Southall £25,300 + bonus Sheridan ward is delighted to be recruiting for a busy role in Southall with a fun friendly and fast paced business in Southall. This role requires a new team member who has an experienced background in customer service or account management. If you enjoy building relationships with customers and making sure everything is running smoothly for customers this would be ideal for you. The team will provide full training however an excellent telephone manner, IT/Admin skills and previous office based experience is a must.

Customer Service Representative £25,000 - £30,000 Sheridan ward is excited to be on the lookout for a new Customer Service Representative to join one of our lovely and well established clients based in Southall! They are looking for someone who has strong previous customer service experience, as well as someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills. They are also looking for someone who has experience answering a high volume of calls! This role does include weekend work, not every weekend but every few weekends there would be a day that is needed to be worked!
