Accounts Payable Admin
We are currently recruiting for our lovely client based in Harrow who are looking for an account's superstar! They would like someone to join their team who wants to continue their career in Accounts.

Accounts Payable Admin duties include:
- Ensuring all invoices and credit notes are processed correctly
- Managing and posting manual invoices including prepayments and proformas
- Creating daily spreadsheets recording all prepayments
- Maintaining Accounts Payable Ledgers
- Ensuring all statement of account are reconciled
- Reviewing and clearing all invoice queries as soon as possible
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure good working relationships are maintained
