Sheridan Ward is working with a fantastic leading business based in Ruislip and they are looking to bring on board a Client Coordinator to join their team.
Are you someone who provides the best standard of service to customers at all times? As a Client Coordinator you will be liaising with other departments so good communication skills will be needed to ensure a smooth running of the business. You will need to be down to earth and able to build relationships.
Have you previously Coordinated appointments? Have you worked with different IT systems?

Client Coordinator duties:
• Assist customers over the phone, via email and face to face
• Build reports to get a better understanding of customer queries
• Updating internal systems
• Work towards targets
• Diary management
• Coordinate appointments
