We are currently looking for a confident administrator to join a fantastic company based in Watford!
This position requires a dynamic and pro-active person with a can-do attitude to assist the team in overseeing administration assistance and support to all customers, engineering staff and all others within the business to ensure that the levels of customer aftercare are achieved to the required company standards.
It would be ideal if you have worked in a contract-based client environment, managing agreements, making changes and ensuring the contract is being adhered to! However a very strong administrator from a different industry could be considered!
Contracts Admin duties:
- Main point of contact for all Contract renewals
- Ensure all renewal quotes are produced in timely manner
- Management of document change control
- Managing the invoicing of all contracts
- Dealing with any customer complaints or escalations in relation to contracts
- Produce KPI reports
