We are working with a client based in Windsor that is looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to get in with a great team and business.

Customer Coordinator duties:
• First point of contact for customer queries both over the phone and via email
• Resolving customer queries.
• Processing orders and customer details onto a system.
• Process returns.
• Providing first line support for customer
• Managing ticketing system
