Customer Service Administrator duties:
- Responding to enquiries via phone calls and emails.
- Processing cancellations and renewals on products.
- Process administrator refunds and fees.
- Dealing with mail requirements, packaging, sending documents to customers by post.
- Handling and logging complaints.
- Ensuring all confidential information is handled under a data protection regulation.
