Job description
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive for our client based in Southall! Do you have office based Customer Service experience?
You would be working in a lovely team environment with staff who are supportive and always around to help. You will need to be organised with strong problem-solving skills, as well as being confident in communicating with customers both on the phone and via email. This role is a busy environment so if you can muti-task this would be fab!

- Processing orders and organising deliveries.
- Answering customers calls and emails.
- Keeping customers updated with the order process.
- Updating CRM system with customer information
- Raising quotations for customers
