Customer Service Executive
Uxbridge - full time office based.
£27k
We are on the hunt for a bright, personality filled and confident customer service professional. This role is working for a busy business supporting their loyal and friendly customers process orders, update them on delivery dates and general queries and enquiries.
This role would suit a bubbly person with a great telephone manner. Previous office admin and customer service experience is a must. You will be supporting inbound and outbound customer service and also working very closely with other internal teams in the business such as sales and warehouse teams.
This company are very hot on making sure the company have a good work life balance, this means an earlier finish each and every Friday! And typical hours only 9-5 Monday to Friday!!
Duties for customer service executive include:
- Processing orders
