We are currently recruiting for a technical team based in a head office in Watford. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking dynamic company who have big plans for the future to develop and progress staff members.
You will be getting involved with customer service queries and solving technical support issues on products provided by the company. You will be the first point of contact to liaise with engineers and technicians to advise on solutions to any technical problems.

Must have previous office based experienced paired with technical mindset and logical thinking!
Duties:
- Handling inbound calls
- Making outbound calls
- Liaising with customers and clients
