HR Administrator Duties:
- First point of contact for any HR queries
- Processing letters for changes to employment terms
- Producing and sending out contracts of employment
- Checking right to work documentations
- Responding to references requests
- Completing the full on boarding process
- Maintaining employee files and making sure details are correct
- Raising purchase order numbers for HR invoices
- Processing and communicating to payroll and finance correspondence from HMRC
