We are supporting a growing business located just a 2 min walk from Finchley Road station. My client is looking to onboard a bright, bubbly and experienced receptionist/team administrator.
You will be working on FOH reception for 3 days per week and 2 days supporting the office admin department with client management admin duties.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the reception function to ensure all clients and guests are greeted positively and made to feel welcome
- Co-ordinate and deal with any deliveries to the office ensuring the intended recipients are informed quickly
- Meet and greet clients in a professional, friendly and timely manner
- Check availability of meeting rooms and book rooms as required
- Arrange for couriers and taxis as and when required ensuring the firm's procedures are followed
- Answer all phone calls efficiently demonstrating an excellent telephone manner
- Take messages and pass them on in a timely manner
- Deal with telephone enquiries and forward callers to the relevant person or team
- Provide refreshments for guests as required
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy to create a good impression of the firm
