We are currently seeking a strong administrator with previous experience in scheduling repairs and coordinating works to be carried out!
This role is working for a fast-paced business. We need a candidate who is self-motivated, organised with excellent communication skills.
You will be speaking with internal and external teams throughout your day!
It would be ideal if you have worked coordinating work involving plumbing or gas before.
Duties for repairs coordinator include:
- Scheduling works for engineers to attend site
- Answering inbound calls
- Making notes on the system
- Ordering stock
- Creating quotes
- Creating reports
