Technical Support Advisor
£28'000-£29'000
Fully remote after probation
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday OR tuesday to saturday (Finish time 11pm every day, only apply if you are happy to start work in the afternoon and finish at 11pm)
We are delighted to be working closely with a fabulous and fast growing company, they are looking for a new Technical Support Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team!
They are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience, as well as someone who is technically minded!

Technical Support Advisor Duties:
- Dealing with customer support requests
- Liaising with mobile network providers
- Assisting internal and external teams with their queries
- Delivering monthly quality and quantity targets
Technical Support Advisor Benefits:
